Buddha’s Laws: Pathways to Female Monastic Professional Development

This segment is dedicated to delving into the Monastic Code, offering guidance and instruction specifically tailored for female monastic training. Focusing on principles of discipline, conduct, and ethical standards, it provides comprehensive teachings of the Buddha on the monastic codes, which serves as the foundation for serenity and insight development. Please note that registration is required for participation, and this course is exclusively designed for the ordained female practitioners who speak Mandarin.

These are tales shared with children to foster their personal growth, offering insights into wise behavior, understanding human nature, and navigating the journey towards success. Encouraging children to embrace moral values and adhere to wise principles, these stories are presented in clear and engaging language, appealing to both young and adult audiences.  (For ages 6 and up)

Sleep Tight: Soma Meditation for Seniors and All

“Soma,” derived from ancient Sanskrit, embodies the essence of rejuvenation, relaxation, and restoration. It is a gentle invitation to unwind, to let go of tension, and to embrace a sense of inner calm. Through this bedtime ritual, we tap into the timeless wisdom of mind-body practices to nurture our well-being and cultivate a deeper connection with our inner selves.
